Golden Oak Farm is family owned and operated. We have been working together as a family farm for over 20 years. We raise high quality alpacas as well as a high quality herd of Hereford cattle.

Our alpacas come from some of the finest bloodlines in the north east. We do compete in several alpaca shows each year. We have produced many multi championship winning alpacas on our farm. We typically have high quality seedstock available for people looking to start out in the alpaca farming business. Likewise, we typically have some pets available for the less serious alpaca breeder that is just looking to have some fun.

What alot of people do not know is that alpacas are raised for their very fine fleeces, similar to sheep. At the farm we have a store where we sell many products made from alpaca fiber. Several of the products we sell are handmade on our farm. Alpaca socks are by far the warmest socks you will ever buy, we have several repeat customers every year.

In recent years we have added on to our farm. We have added a small herd of registered Hereford cattle. Our cattle come from some of the most highly regarded Hereford breeding programs in the United States.

You can purchase grassfed beef from our Hereford cattle year round at our farm store. Their are many health benefits to eating grassfed beef and it is an excellent source of vitamin E.
